Colorado has some of the highest radon levels in the country. This simple add-on tests for dangerous levels in your home so you can take action before closing. Highly recommended for all Denver Metro homes.
Cancellation Policy
We get it — life happens and we’re always happy to work with you if something comes up.
We do require at least 72 hours notice for cancellations. Here’s why — when you book a time slot it becomes unavailable to other clients. A last minute cancellation leaves a gap in the schedule that’s difficult to fill, which means a potential client who needed that time missed out. Our 72 hour policy protects everyone’s time fairly.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled inspection are subject to a 50% fee. Rescheduling is always welcome and we’ll do our best to get you back on the calendar as quickly as possible.
